"A Day In The Village"

Is a two day festival which is held each year on Friday and Saturday of Fathers Day Weekend in downtown Stockbridge. Festivities are located in historical Stockbridge Township Square at the center of town as well as in Veterans Memorial Park, one block off the Town Square .

Arts & Crafts Booths, Sidewalk Sales, Musical Events, the Stockbridge Area Artists Council Art Show, Ingham County Adopt-A-Pet, a Stilt walker, and Food Vendors are located on the Town Square .

Veterans Memorial Park hosts the Father of the Year Award,
Baby Photo Contest, Fireworks Display, Michigan Pedal Pullers Competition, Inflatable Rides,
Sweet P the Clown, exhibitions by Cheri's Dance Academy and the Stockbridge Cheer Team,
the Chelsea House Orchestra and NEW this year... an Outdoor Concert
featuring the Whitey Morgan Band, a Country Band from Detroit, MI.
and a Rock and Roll Band, South Normal from Chelsea, MI.

Just three blocks north of downtown across from Stockbridge High School
is the Annual Tractor Pull - all day long.

This is our thirteenth year-please come join the festivities.
